Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is implementing several energy conservation measures at 1-15 Field Sparroway and 2-10 Tree Sparroway (Dev. 36, Leslie Finch), consisting of four townhouse blocks totaling 175 three-and-four-bedroom units built in 1973. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of roofing, parapets, soffits, balcony railing, windows, and patio doors, insulation of 2nd floor balconies, localized masonry repairs, and over-insulation and cladding of mansards.
