The contracted services are expected to be for one year, with the possibility of up to four additional one-year renewals at the City's discretion. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be given full and fair opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against based on race, color, or national origin. The City also commits to nondiscrimination on the basis of disability in accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
