Alternate #1 - Governor's Hall Temporary Hot Water Heater: Installation/removal of temporary hot water heater, including temporary hot water heater, pump, piping, associated electricals, and then the removal of these items. 3. Alternate #2 - Old Center for Health Sciences Temporary Hot Water Heaters: Installation/removal of (2) temporary hot water heaters, including temporary hot water heaters, pumps, piping, associated electricals, and then the removal of these items. 4. Alternate #3 - Green Auditorium Temporary Hot Water Heater: Installation/removal of temporary hot water heater, including temporary hot water heater, pump, piping, associated electricals, and then the removal of these items. Sealed bids in duplicate are requested for the Steam Manhole Replacement W5 & W7 at Vincennes University, Vincennes, Indiana. Bids must be executed with the provided forms, including Certification of Non-Segregated Facilities, Indiana State Board of Accounts Form 96 (revised 2013), and a completed AIA Form G705 stating "none" if there are no sub-contractors. A satisfactory bid bond payable to Vincennes University for not less than 5% of the total bid price must accompany each bid. The contractor must acknowledge all addenda on the bid form. If a bid is withdrawn within 90 days of opening without written consent, the bid deposit may be forfeited as liquidated damages. The contractor awarded the project must furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each for at least 110% of the contract price. Work must be performed in accordance with plans and specifications available at specified locations. Drawings and specifications may be obtained for a deposit. There are provisions regarding the return of documents and plan deposits for prime contract bidders. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or waive any informalities or errors in bidding.
