The Green Township Trustees, Ashland Co., Ohio are soliciting bids for the following road materials with approximate and variable quantities: 1,500 tons of #8 Aggregate (F.O.B.) and/or 25,000 gallons MC3000 oil. Bids should state the price per gallon for a one pass application of both oil and stone, hauled, spread, and rolled. The project must be completed by September 1, 2026. All bids must be clearly marked as “ROAD MATERIALS BID” and be accompanied by an affidavit of non-delinquency of personal property taxes and a bid bond or certified check for 10% of the bid amount. Bidders must provide proof of insurance and a copy of their Workers' Compensation Certificate. The successful bidder must pay prevailing wages and sign a contractor’s agreement with a hold harmless clause. The Green Township Trustees reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in favor of the bid that best fits the township's needs and proximity.
