The proposed work includes Airfield Pavement Rehabilitation consisting of crack seal, seal coat, and pavement marking at the Princeton Municipal Airport, Princeton, Minnesota. Bidders must submit their bids online via the QuestCDN vBid platform. A bid security in the form of a bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the maximum bid price is required, issued by a surety company authorized to do business in Minnesota. The successful bidder must furnish a Contract Performance Bond and Payment Bond for the full amount of the contract. Compliance with federal civil rights, labor standards, and Buy American provisions is mandatory. Every bidder must satisfy Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements by submitting forms that list DBE participants and confirm commitment or document good faith efforts if the project DBE goal is not met.
