Location and Information 1 ST Phase: LOCATION: 309 Edwards Ave Calhoun, Georgia 30701. Constructed in 1982. Single story apartments, 6 buildings consisting of 2 & 3 bedrooms. Construction type is slab with 4 sides of brick and Tin hipped roofs. 2nd Phase: LOCATION: 100 Golden Circle Calhoun, Ga 30701. Constructed in 1982 Single story apartments, 13 buildings consisting of 1 & 2 bedrooms. Construction type is slab with 4 sides brick and tin hipped roof. Scope of Work 1st Phase: 309 Edwards Ave Calhoun, Georgia 30701. The windows in all 6 buildings will be replaced. Contractor will remove all existing windows, haul all debris off and install new windows. Window size and quantity are as follows: 10 Single Windows 36" X 42.25" Obscured 10 Single Windows 36" X 42.25" 26 Single Windows 36" X 56.25" 30 Double Windows 6' x 56.25" Total number of windows installed will be 76. Contractor is responsible for measurements of all windows. Contractor is responsible for any damage due to removing and replacing windows. 2nd Phase: 100 Golden Circle Calhoun, Ga 30701. The windows in all 13 buildings will be replaced. Contractor will remove all existing windows, haul all debris off and install new windows. Window size and quantity are as follows: 40 Single Windows 36" X 42.25" Obscured 39 Single Windows 36" X 42.25" 21 Single Windows 36' X 56.25" 118 Double Windows 6" X 56.25" Total number of windows will be 218. Dual weatherstripping. Windows are to be installed according to the manufacture specifications, using shims to make sure it is plumb and level. Exterior sealing with polyurethane caulk; interior trim/sealing as needed.
