Proposal Package #4A is for Plant 2 Concrete Repairs under the Lake Belton WTP Expansion and Improvement Project. Proposers are solely responsible for inspecting the site and considering local conditions for the work to be performed. It is the responsibility of each proposer to ensure their proposal is delivered to the designated person before the stated deadline. Proposers must download and print the Proposal Work Package, Drawings, and Specifications from CivCast. All questions must be submitted formally via CivCast. Scope Of Work - Work Package 4A for the Lake Belton Water Treatment Plant Expansion and Improvement Project includes but is not limited to the following. Concrete repair and crack repair work at the existing Plant 2 sediment basin structures, including specialty concrete repair of spalled and deteriorated concrete, crack injection and sealing of active leaking cracks and construction joints, column repair, and expansion joint repair, all in accordance with Section 030100.61 - Concrete Repairs. This is strictly a concrete repair and crack repair scope. Railings, gratings, coatings (other than repair materials), and all other work not directly related to concrete repair are excluded from this package.
