**As of April 28 , 2026, the project was awarded to Curran Contracting Company Inc, with an awarded amount of $3,288,977.21** This project consists of improvements along the following streets and subdivisions: Overlook Subdivision (1.17 miles) including Quail Run, Scenic Road, Scott Court, Mary Court, and Highpointe Drive; Greenwood Acres Subdivision (3.04 miles) including Fairway Oaks Drive, Wedgewood Drive, Country Club Lane, Overlook Drive, Wedgewood Cove, Greenview Court, Inverness Court, Greenwood N, and Arrowhead Lane; Hillcrest Drive (1.34 miles) from Normal Road to Sycamore Road; County Farm Road (0.63 miles) from Barber Greene Road to Peace Road; various alleys (0.18 miles) from Fisk Avenue to Oak Street between 4th and 5th Street and from Fisk Avenue to Pine Street between 5th and 6th Street; and Market Square Parking Lot (0.11 miles). Alternate bids include: 1st Street (0.16 miles) from Kishwaukee River Bridge to Tilton Park Drive; Lucinda Avenue (0.62 miles) from Annie Glidden Road to Kishwaukee River Bridge; various alleys (0.15 miles) from Fisk Avenue to Oak Street between 6th and 7th Street; and longitudinal joint sealant for Hillcrest Drive, County Farm Road, and 1st Street (if awarded).
