The consultant shall perform design and permitting services for a new pump and motor; a building encompassing the wellhead with electrical, control, power, and chlorination equipment; Fe/Mn treatment equipment; piping appurtenances; and other site improvements. The proposal must be limited to 15 pages and demonstrate the consultant team's knowledge and experience with municipal groundwater well projects, including a list of relevant projects with references and information on personnel associated with this project. The proposal should also include the consultant's proposed approach and schedule for the project through bidding. Proposals may include web links to pdf samples of prior projects.
