The project consists of the construction of a 2 story (20 x 40 x 20) building at Walden Pond Park in Erie County, New York. The first floor is to be used for storage, and the second floor is to serve as a press box for the Turf Field. Only official plan holders are allowed to bid on the project. Bidders are responsible for reviewing all components of the Contract Documents, including all specification sections and drawings, regardless of how many drawings they print and in which format or size they are printed.
