The Work consists of Roof Replacement & Related Work at the Dennis Fire Department located at 883 Main Street West Dennis, MA. The work includes removal and replacement of asphalt shingle roofing, membrane roofing, tapered rigid insulation, flashings, related mechanical and electrical equipment, and all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the Specifications and Drawings attached hereto. Additional drawings showing details in accordance with which the Work is to be done may be furnished by addendum from time to time during the bidding period by the Owner or its Architect/Engineer and shall then become a part of the Contract Documents.
