Project nO: D3250109, 431850 The work includes all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to construct a 21,117-square-foot Engineering Housing Maintenance Shop (EHMS) to support maintenance and repair operations for buildings, roadways, grounds, and utility systems at the Camp Santiago Joint Training Center. The facility includes specialized repair shops for paint, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, screen, carpentry, welding, and grounds maintenance, along with an operator work bay, supply warehouse, administration wing, break room, conference area, locker rooms, and toilet/shower rooms, including a dedicated dirty toilet/shower area. Circulation is provided primarily through covered exterior walkways, and supporting spaces include mechanical, electrical, telecommunications, fire pump, and general utility rooms. Site work includes site preparation, grading, seeding, stormwater and drainage measures, rigid and flexible pavements such as specialized service vehicle parking, curbing, sidewalks, fencing, exterior fire protection, and installation of utilities including electric, water, and wastewater systems, as well as information systems and required physical security/ATFP elements.
