Sealed proposals are solicited for the supply of various types of limestone aggregate and anti-skid materials, with quantities as follows: 44 tons of #67 Limestone Aggregate, Type A; 600 tons of #57 Limestone Aggregate, Type A; 100 tons of #8 Limestone Aggregate, Type A; 600 tons of Anti-Skid, Type AS2; 200 tons of #3 Limestone Aggregate, Type A; 500 tons of PA-2A Limestone Subbase; and 22 tons of Rip-Rap, R-5 Limestone. All quantities are bid as "More or Less." Liquidated damages apply. Proposals must be submitted using forms provided by the municipality and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond of 10% of the bid, payable to the municipality. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
