Site work for a water / sewer project in Richfield Springs, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of constructing one flow meter vault, installing one metal weir plate, and installing two ultrasonic flow meters. Bids are to be received for a single prime contract, on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Each bid must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form and accompanied by Bid security, as prescribed in the instructions. The successful bidder will be required to furnish the additional bonds as outlined in the bidding documents. Successful bidders and subcontractors must hold or obtain required licenses as mandated by state, federal, and local laws prior to contract award. Bids from barred or non-responsive bidders will not be accepted. The project is a "Covered Project" under New York State Labor Law 220-I and requires a valid Certificate of Registration from the New York State Department of Labor to submit a bid and for the duration of the work. Purchases for this project are exempt from federal, state, or local sales tax, and bidders should not include sales and compensating use taxes in their bid. Exemption certificates will be issued upon request. The owner's right is reserved to reject all bids or any bid not conforming to the intent and purpose of the bidding documents. Question Deadline 04/07/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
