LAVTA is seeking proposals from qualified landscape maintenance contractors for comprehensive, year-round landscape and irrigation maintenance services at designated facilities. The Contractor will be responsible for the complete upkeep, health, and appearance of all landscaped areas, which includes irrigation system management, pruning, weed and pest control, debris removal, and overall grounds presentation, following commercial landscape maintenance standards and applicable codes. An initial assessment and baseline report, including an irrigation audit and site suitability confirmation, is required before starting routine services. The Contractor must perform all recurring landscape services, special services at the Atlantis Court facility, and any corrective work to ensure assets remain safe, healthy, and aesthetically consistent. Responsibilities also include seasonal irrigation checks, adjustments, and repairs due to contractor actions. Performance will be monitored through inspections and monthly walkthroughs, with potential penalties for not meeting required standards.
