Electronic bids are solicited for labor and materials for Asphalt Concrete Repairs and Asphalt Surface Treatment at the SD AST Package (Lewis & Clark RA, Springfield RA) in Yankton and Bon Homme County, GFP Project No. LCRA27Pe, LCRA27Da, LCRA27Ma, Spri27Da, Spri27Ma. Each bid exceeding $100,000 must include either a 5% certified check, cashier's check, or draft on a State or National Bank, or a copy of a 10% bid bond issued by an authorized surety, payable to the Department of Game, Fish and Parks of the State of South Dakota. These requirements apply for the purpose of submitting a bid on the project. The Department of Game, Fish and Parks reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities therein.
