Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Pierre, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and transportation facility.
The work involves improvements to Pierre Regional Airport and includes the following: SCHEDULE I: Construct RW 7-25 Partial Parallel TW C (with Add Alternate No. 1 - Asphalt Pavement Option and Add Alternate No. 2 - Concrete Pavement Option). SCHEDULE II: Rehabilitate Existing TW C (Crack Seal and Remark). SCHEDULE III: Rehabilitate Existing TW C (Crack Seal, Seal Coat, and Remark). Each online bid must include a PDF copy of a Bid Bond executed by a Surety Company in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid, made payable to the City of Pierre and uploaded to QuestCDN as part of the bid submittal process. Bidders must supply all required information in the proposal forms and specifications and must bid on all items of every schedule. The City of Pierre reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject any or all portions of, the various bid items. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of one hundred twenty days from the opening thereof. Est. Value Notes: $5M - $7M *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
