Remodeling of an educational facility in Lyman, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.

The project involves the replacement of accordion-folding doors in the Urie Elementary School cafeteria according to the product specifications included in the bid package. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the Contract Drawings, Specifications, and other Contract Documents as prepared by the Uinta County School District #6. A site visit is mandatory prior to submitting a bid. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check or Bid Bond for not less than five percent of the bid amount, made payable to Uinta County School District #6. If a certified or cashier's check is used instead of a bid bond, a 100% Performance and a 100% Payment Bond must accompany the bid. The Bid Bond or Cashier's Check shall be forfeited if the successful bidder fails or refuses to enter into the Contract or provide the required Performance and Payment Bonds. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Faithful Performance Bond and a Materials Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent of the Contract price. The school district reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or waive any informality in a proposal.
