Description

Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Casper, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the remodel of a theater / auditorium.

The project is for theater lights at Natrona County High School. All bids must be received in accordance with the bidding instructions and will be opened publicly at the stated time and date. Electronic bidding documents are available from Caspar Building Systems. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid total must be submitted with proposals at the time of bid. Performance and payment bonds will be required from the successful bidders. All current Wyoming Preference Acts, statutes, and laws are in effect. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities in any bid, or to accept any bid which will best serve the interests of the owner.
