Site work for a water / sewer project in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Fayetteville is soliciting bids for the construction of the storm drainage system improvements along Locks Creek Road. The Project includes the following Work: 1. Installation of 5.75-foot high by 14-foot-wide reinforced concrete box culvert and headwalls along with 15-inch storm drainage pipe and structures 2. Removal and replacement of approximately 70 LF of 8-inch ductile iron water line including valves and appurtenances. 3. Abandonment of existing sanitary sewer lateral and installation of approximately 105 LF of 4-inch PVC sanitary sewer lateral. 4. Concrete removal and replacement and asphalt pavement removal and replacement in areas of culvert construction and asphalt overlay of Locks Creek Road and portions of Carriage Street as indicated on the drawings. The Project has an expected duration of 240 days. Question Deadline 04/03/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Owner in writing. Questions received less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
