The City of Maryville requests formal bids for concrete construction services. The successful bidder(s) will provide concrete construction and repairs of street pavement, curbs, and sidewalks at various locations throughout the City. The job must conform to the Missouri Prevailing Wage Laws Annual Wage Order No. 32. All bidders must comply with the requirements of Section 285.530 RSMo, E-Verify, and OSHA Safety Training. Any required permits and all design criteria necessary for the construction and permitting process are the responsibility of the Contractor. Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope, marked as specified. The City of Maryville reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and will accept the bid it considers to be in the best interest of the City, not necessarily the lowest bid.
