The proposed work includes: Construction of approximately 725 linear feet of new 8-foot-wide ADAcompliant sidewalk along College Avenue and Munn Avenue, including installation of a raised speed table across College Avenue in front of the Olive DeLuce Fine Arts Building with pedestrian push-button crossing indicators. A certified cashier's check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. The Northwest Missouri State University reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
