Scope: The project includes renovation of the east wing of the third floor of the Administration Building. The new spaces include offices, conference room, kitchenette, storage room, toilet, and circulation space. The work includes demolition, metal stud and gypsum board partitions, restoration of existing wood doors, new stile and rail doors and wood frames, ceramic floor and wall tile, carpet, painting, wood veneer cabinets, solid surface countertops, and related plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. Northwest has vacated the building for an HVAC project that is currently underway. alternate bid #1: replace existing roller shades with new wood blinds. alternate bid #2: install crown mold in rooms 306, 307, 308, 308b, 310, 310a, and 311. alternate bid #3: remove existing door and wall system and replace with door, sidelite, and transom to match cabinet room 310. alternate bid #4: refinish existing door, sidelite, and transom. alternate bid #5: provide new chair rail in rooms 306, 307, 308, 308b, 310a, and 311.
