Electronic bids in the form of a Request for Proposal for the Maryville New Water Treatment Plant located in Maryville, MO will be accepted by Crossland Heavy Contractors in care of the City of Maryville on the virtual bid platform CivCast. The project will include, but is not limited to, construction of new concrete structures such as: a new raw water meter vault, a new pretreatment facility, new ozonation system and structures, new filter building, new chemical building, new transfer pump station, new high-service pump station, and new administrative building & laboratory. In conjunction with new structure construction will be electrical upgrades including a new electrical service, instrumentation & controls improvements, mechanical & site piping, site & civil work, HVAC, plumbing, coatings, and pre-engineered metal building construction. Bid Documents and Plans can be obtained from CivCast by searching for the project name, Maryville WTP. All bidders are encouraged to review the worksite and attend the Pre-Bid Conference. All bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order Number 11246. Requirements for bidders and contractors under this order are explained in the specifications. The project is being financed through the Missouri State Revolving Fund, by the Water and Wastewater Loan Revolving Fund and federal Capitalization Grants to Missouri.
