Description

Site work and addition to a library in Collierville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the addition of a 23,000-square-foot, four-acre library; and for site work for a library.

The Project is located at the existing Collierville Library at 501 Poplar View Parkway in Collierville, Tennessee and sits on approximately 4.98 acres. The existing building is approximately 26,500 SF and the new construction of roughly 23,000 Sf; thus the final square footage is approximately 49,500 SF. Addendum #1-#7 have been issued as of 4-3-2026. The last date to submit questions to the Town is Wednesday, April 1, 2026 as per Addendum 4.
