Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Norfolk, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility.
Construction of new De-Icing Pad - stripping topsoil, excavation, and installation of PCC concrete pavement section over cement treated base. Work also consists of FAA pavement markings. As shown on the design plans, enabling work within the De-icing Pad project footprint is being performed by an on-site Contractor as part of the Runway 14/32 Decommissioning project. De-icing pad contractor will be required to coordinate work activities and schedule work in coordination with on-site Contractor. Question Deadline 04/08/2026 Discrepancies, omissions or doubts as to the meaning of the Contract Documents shall be communicated in writing to the Owner for interpretation.
