The work includes furnishing all labor and materials for miscellaneous concrete work citywide, consisting of approximately 700 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter and 1,750 square feet of concrete sidewalk. All work must be performed according to the MnDOT Standard Specifications for Construction 2025 Edition, the City Engineers Association of Minnesota Standard Specifications - 2023 Edition, and the Special Provisions. Only registered plan holders may bid. Bids must be submitted electronically accompanied by a corporate surety bond for at least 5% of the total bid amount. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days. The cost to submit a bid is $25.
