Site work for a civil project in Ewing, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and incidental items for the construction of a duplex lift station, 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer, 3-inch HDPE force main, earthwork, lagoon piping and control structures, seeding, and other incidental items of work as specified and shown on the plans. The project is to be completed under one contract, and may include combinations of the base bid, alternates, or additions. Instructions to bidders: - Bids must include all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for construction. - It is the bidder's responsibility to examine all plans and specifications fully. - Bids must not be qualified in any manner. - Bids must remain current for 35 days; no withdrawals allowed for 7 days without written consent from the Owner. - Bid security: Submit a bid security certificate or certified check for 5% of the grand total base bid. - Successful bidder must provide Payment and Performance Bonds for the sum of the contract. - Contract documents, including plans and specifications, are available for a non-refundable fee from the Engineer. Question Deadline 04/03/2026 Questions received less than 5 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding.
