The scope of work also includes the removal of insulation from the ductwork in the plant room located on the second basement level of Saint-Thomas School. Delivery schedule During works carried out whilst the premises are in use (from 28 August until final acceptance subject to reservations) and at the time of demobilisation, the contractor must keep the work areas secure and clean. The contractor must provide, at their own expense, a storage area and carry out daily cleaning of the work areas. In addition, a thorough clean must be carried out upon completion of the works. The period when pupils are not present runs from 25 June to 27 August 2026 and, during the school year, from Monday to Friday, from 2.55 pm to 7.40 am for classrooms and from 6.00 pm to 6.30 am for the after-school care service, as well as all day on Saturdays and Sundays.
