Subject of the contract 1.1 The OMHM is conducting a public call for tenders for the replacement of doors and windows, exterior access, GMR, and the drop-off point for Habitations de Bellechasse 6001,6060 and 6061 29e avenue Montreal, QC H1T 3G9 (Rosemont borough - La Petite - Patrie). 1.2 The project consists of carrying out all work in accordance with the contractual documents. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of balcony doors, exterior doors, windows and aluminum frames, partial reconstruction of exterior wall masonry, and the raising of a section of foundation walls. It also includes the development of a room and a toilet for the PER, the redevelopment of halls and vestibules, the air conditioning of recycling and compost rooms and waste disposal areas, the addition of security checks on certain doors, to the repair of the exterior layout, to the leveling of the ground and all related mechanical and electrical work. 1.3 The work will be carried out in a three-building lot.
