Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Thorold, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Thorold invites bids from qualified and experienced contractors for the Road & Servicing Rehabilitation Project at Bolton Avenue and Crompton Boulevard. The work generally includes, but is not limited to, the rehabilitation of municipal roadways and associated underground and surface infrastructure. This may include road reconstruction, asphalt paving, curb and sidewalk works, storm and sanitary sewer works, watermain works, surface restoration, traffic control, and all related appurtenances necessary to complete the project in accordance with the contract documents. Bidders are advised to review all tender documents, drawings, and specifications to fully understand the scope, requirements, and project constraints prior to submitting a bid.
