Removal of existing drop ceiling tiles, tube lights, shelving, and flooring to install LED panels, ceiling tiles, and epoxy flooring. The scope includes: removal of existing flooring in the elevator corridor of lower level of Campus Center H-Wing; removal of existing drop ceiling tiles and tube lights; demolition of existing storage room shelving; installation of new moisture resistant ceiling tile (Armstrong Kitchen Zone Ceiling Tile), with 5% attic stock to be provided; installation of new 2x4 LED Panel lights (4000k); scraping and painting of existing exposed pipe insulation (color to be determined by owner); installation of new epoxy flooring and cove (Poly-Crete SLB 3/16", Medium Grey). Scope of work is based on mandatory site walk observation and confirmation by the bidder.
