Classroom AV Installation This project solicits bids to furnish and install audio-visual products and services for Computer Science 2120 at Stony Brook University. Bidders are required to attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Visit in person at the Computer Science Building, Stony Brook University. Access to bid documents requires registering your company on the SUNY web-based solution powered by Jaggaer. This project involves installing a classroom audiovisual system featuring Crestron control (including XPanel and Fusion), QSC audio DSP, dual Panasonic projectors, and Panasonic displays mounted on columns to improve sightlines. The video system will utilize QSC AVover-IP technology for flexible and scalable video distribution throughout the room. The system will support multiple input sources including an installed PC, HDMI, USB-C, and wireless presentation via Mersive Solstice. It will also integrate Echo360 lecture capture technology, QSC cameras for lecture capture and hybrid learning, and Shure and Vaddio microphones for audio clarity and tracking. Programming will be developed in collaboration with the end user to match current institutional standards. . Objectives Deliver a fully integrated AV system for teaching and hybrid learning. Ensure seamless control via Crestron interface with XPanel and Fusion. Provide high-quality audio processing through QSC DSP. Enable multiple input options for flexibility. Integrate Echo360 lecture capture for recording and streaming. Implement QSC cameras for auto-tracking. Configure five fixed camera presets as per client's standards, and include a sixth button that toggles auto-tracking on and off. Align programming and user experience with current standards. Improve visibility with Panasonic displays mounted on columns. Use QSC AV-over-IP technology for video distribution. Install and configure Crestron control system with XPanel and Fusion. Install QSC DSP, cameras, and audio components. Mount and align two Panasonic projectors. Mount and align Panasonic displays on columns for improved sightlines. Implement QSC AV-over-IP technology for video distribution. Connect and configure input sources (PC, HDMI, USB-C, Solstice). Integrate Echo360 lecture capture system. Program Crestron interface for all sources and audio/video routing. Configure auto-tracking with QSC cameras and Shure and Vaddio microphones, including five fixed presets as per client's standards, and a sixth button to toggle autotracking on/off. Collaborate with the end user to ensure programming matches current standards. Work with the end user to develop a user interface based on screenshots of current standard user interface. Test and calibrate audio/video performance. Set EDIDs for all inputs and outputs as part of acceptance. Provide training sessions for staff. Clean-up and removal of packaging.
