Montgomery County, Ohio is requesting proposals for Job Center Decommissioning, Clearing, and Transition Support for the relocation of the Montgomery County Job Center located at 1111 S Edwin C Moses Blvd, Dayton, OH 45417. The work includes building clearing, removal, disposal, relocation support, and related transition services to return the facility to an orderly, vacant condition in accordance with existing lease requirements. The project covers approximately 187,000 square feet.
