Demolition, renovation and addition to a laboratory facility in Dayton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the addition of a 16,000-square-foot laboratory facility; and 3,240-square-foot laboratory facility.
The project consists of renovating approximately 16,000 square feet and constructing 3,240 square feet of additional space at the existing Dayton Water Quality Laboratory. Work includes demolition of interior elements, installation of new walls, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and renovation of the existing laboratory.
