Renovation of an educational facility in Dayton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Electronic bids are being received for Project FAC 26-06, Air Handling Unit Replacements in Building 20 (3 Units) at Sinclair Community College, Dayton, Montgomery. Bids must comply with the version of the State of Ohio Standard Requirements for Public Facility Construction included in the Contract Documents. Prevailing Wage rates and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements apply. The project is subject to the State of Ohio's Encouraging Diversity, Growth, and Equity (EDGE) Business Development Program, though the EDGE Participation Goal for the project is 0 percent. Bidders must indicate the locations where their services will be performed and affirm compliance with relevant Executive Orders related to service location and prohibitions on purchases from or investment in Russian institutions or companies. Domestic Steel Use Requirements per Ohio Revised Code Section 153.011 apply. Bidders are encouraged to be enrolled in a Substance Use Prevention and Recovery (SUPR) Program approved by the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation. The Contractor is responsible for scheduling the project, coordinating Subcontractors, and providing other services identified in the Contract Documents. Bidders may submit requests for consideration of substitutions no later than 10 days prior to bid opening. The bid documents may be downloaded from the specified electronic bidding service at no charge. General Contract trade estimate is $764,680.00.
