Description

Renovation of an industrial development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a industrial development.

Manitoba Hydro is seeking competitive proposals for all that is required for the Building Code Compliance Improvement at the Waverley Service Centre. The scope of work includes implementing fire resistance ratings to improve exit travel distances in existing mezzanine areas, installing fire separations where required throughout the building, and upgrading fire-protection systems and existing electrical devices and HVAC systems to ensure compliance with current Manitoba Building Codes. All proposals must provide proof of Construction Safety Association of Manitoba (CSAM) or Manitoba Heavy Construction Association (MHCA) Certificate of Recognition (COR), or equivalent certification as determined by Manitoba Hydro, including submission of a valid Letter of Good Standing.
