Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The work consists of four parts: City Funded Work, Transit Improvements, Water and Waste Work, and Manitoba Hydro Funded Work. City Funded Work includes asphalt reconstruction, asphalt rehabilitation, major rehabilitation, thin bituminous overlay, underground works, and catch basin catch pit renewals at various specified streets. Transit Improvements include transit bike lane improvements and other transit-related upgrades on Crescent Drive. Water and Waste Work covers land drainage sewer extension and installation, water main renewal, and sewer repairs at designated locations. Manitoba Hydro Funded Work involves street lighting installation and associated work on several streets. The major components include pavement reconstruction and rehabilitation, curb and sidewalk work, boulevard restoration, asphalt paving, adjustment of catch basins and manholes, sewer and watermain repairs, and streetlight installation, removal, and connection.
