Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Royal City, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work includes reconstructing and widening the existing roadway, including approximately 9,600 square yards of roadway reconstruction consisting of pavement removal, subgrade preparation, and placement of new pavement section. The work also includes curb and gutter improvements, construction, and modification of Americans with Disabilities Act-compliant sidewalk curb ramps, and associated sidewalk replacement. The work further includes stormwater improvements, including construction of an infiltration gallery, minor sewer and water system adjustments and improvements, traffic control, grading, restoration of disturbed areas, and all other incidental and related work necessary to complete the project, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and Standard Specifications. All work performed on this project will be subject to State Prevailing Wage Rates, EEO, and Washington State Contracting Laws, etc. All contractors performing work on this project must be licensed in the State of Washington to conduct business.
