Furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform all work associated with Project 667-26-111, Abate Central Chase and Replace Fire Main. The work includes abatement activities within the central chase and replacement of the existing fire main system in accordance with the attached solicitation and all associated drawings, specifications, and technical requirements. The contractor shall perform all work to ensure proper removal of hazardous materials, installation of the new fire main, system integrity, and compliance with applicable VA standards, codes, and safety requirements, while coordinating activities to minimize impact to ongoing medical center operations. Location: Overton Brooks VA Medical Center, 510 East Stoner Avenue, Shreveport, LA 71101 The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 Requests for Information (RFIs): RFI's are due, utilizing Exhibit F, no later than (NLT) 2:00 PM CST on June 5, 2026 or as amended and will not be accepted after this date.
