Radford University seeks qualified electrical utility contractors with Class A General Contractor’s licensing in the Commonwealth of Virginia to construct upgrades to the medium voltage power delivery system on the Radford University campus. The intent is to pre-qualify contractors who can self-perform the majority of the electrical project scope without subcontracting core competencies. Pre-qualification requirements: Contractors must be electrical utility contractors with Class A General Contractor’s licensing in Virginia and must be able to self-perform the majority of the core electrical work scope without subcontracting. All inquiries for information shall be submitted in writing by FAX or e-mail, no later than 8 January 2026.
