The contractor shall provide all labor, management, and FIPS 201-compliant systems required to maintain the Access Control Systems and Closed-Circuit Television systems supporting the Program Executive Office Intelligence, Electronic Warfare & Sensors facility in Huntsville, Alabama. Work includes technical refreshment of existing Lenel-compatible electronic security system components, system programming, testing, installation, and removal, along with all associated services necessary to ensure continuous operational readiness. Maintenance and support shall be provided for Dual Reader Interfaces, keypad proximity readers, proximity readers, security sensors and detectors, arm/disarm system keypads, power supplies, industrial-grade strikes, and all general system infrastructure elements required for full security system functionality.
