The Scope of Work to be performed under this Contract shall generally consist of the following: o Delivery and complete installation of one (1) 10' by 48' pre-engineered, premanufactured community storm shelter (minimum occupancy: 87 persons for 2 hours). o Complete installation of one (1) community storm shelter foundation including preparation, formwork, concrete, finishing, demolition, and removal or disposal of formwork, and all other items required to provide an ADA accessible facility and foundation. o Delivery and complete installation of emergency generator, including connection to fuel storage container (propane tank) and fuel supply line to generator. o Complete installation of the electrical service from the meter base to the communitystorm shelter (meter base to be provided by Owner). o Complete installation of all required sanitary facilities. o Provision of one (1) dehumidifier. The Contractor is responsible for executing all work required to construct complete in place and ready to operate improvements shown in the Contract Documents and furnishing all labor, material, tools, equipment, and incidentals that are necessary to complete the Scope of Work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
