Water Department Equipment Shed Madison County, Alabama is seeking bids to furnish and install a new Equipment Shed at 246 Shields Rd, Huntsville, AL 35811. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work in accordance with the specifications and conditions set forth in the bid package. Instructions to bidders: The bid package can be obtained from the Madison County website. Contractor questions must be submitted by the stated deadline. There will not be a pre-bid meeting. Contractors are responsible for checking the website for posted addenda. A Bid Bond must be submitted with the bid. Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and evidence of insurance are required prior to contract execution. The period of performance is 60 calendar days, not including delays for material delivery.
