The removal and replacement of (4) rooftop HVAC units, including areas of existing ductwork, controls, wiring, etc. New units will re-use existing curbs, and existing open to above metal enclosures to remain. New ductwork, controls, wiring, etc. is to be furnished and installed as indicated on mechanical drawings. At the building interior, existing grid ceilings are to be temporarily removed and restored as necessary to accommodate the HVAC replacement scope of work. Contractor is to salvage ceiling tiles and other ceiling components and is responsible for replacing ceiling tiles and other ceiling components and is responsible for replacing ceiling tiles or grid components damaged as a result of this project.
