Renovation of a museum in Madison, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
The work consists of the replacement of damaged existing standing seam roof panels (ridge to eave), missing snow and ice guard, and missing composite metal panel fascia at the State Archive and Preservation Facility. All potential bidders must be certified by the Department of Administration prior to submitting bids. Bids must be submitted as a PDF scanned file of all required bid documents, including bid and bid bond forms with original wet signatures or properly transmitted electronic signatures, via the eBuilder Bidding Portal (preferred method), US Mail or third-party delivery to the specified address, or hand delivery to the designated drop box. The bidder is responsible for ensuring timely delivery. Construction bidding documents are available only as downloadable electronic files in PDF format from the Division of Facilities Development website. No deposit is required to obtain documents for bidding purposes. Contract offer and construction phase records will be processed electronically via eBuilder. Bidders shall bring inadequacies, omissions or conflicts to the Architect/Engineer's attention at least ten (10) days before the date set for bid opening. Prompt clarification will be supplied to all bidders of record by addendum.
