The Project includes the following Worke There are two roadivays included in This project. The project includes rehabilitation of approximately 2,952 LF of West Bush Road and the rehabilitation of approximately 2.172 LF of Wakayne Road Both projects work indudes the addition of 4-inches of gravel base over the existing pavement structure, prior to pulvertzing and regrading of the entire project limits. A test rail of the bass will be required prior to place ment of new asphaltic pavement and shoulders. The work on West Bush Road also includes driveway grading and associated erosion control and restoration as indicated in the Canstruction Plans and Documents. No proposal will be accepted uriens accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5% of Bidder's maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check, or an electronic Bid Bond issued by a surely meeting the requirements of Para graph 6.01 of the General Conditions. If after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liqui dated damages. No bidder may withdraw their bid with in 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof, Owner reserves the right in warve any informalities or to reject any or at bids.
