The bidder shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials, and power for the complete performance of the project, which consists of the reconstruction of the alley to improve drainage and drivability. All work must be in accordance with the Bidding Documents and Drawing as prepared by Transportation Engineering for the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana. Bidders may not withdraw their bid for at least ninety days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. The successful bidder may be required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond, each in an amount not less than 100% of the contract price. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders, and also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid.
