The contractor shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials, and power for the complete performance of asphalt pavement patching on various local and collector streets throughout the city, in accordance with the bidding documents as prepared by City Utilities Engineering Department. No bid will be accepted from or contract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation in arrears to the City, in default as to surety, or engaged in litigation with the City, or who has failed to satisfactorily execute previous contracts with the City. No bid may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after the scheduled time for receipt.
