General Notice Bids are requested for the construction of the replacement of existing 30-inch prestressed concrete cylinder pipe with approximately 9,291 linear feet of 30-inch ductile iron pipe and all appurtenant work, and the installation of approximately 746 linear feet of 8-inch PVC pipe and all appurtenant work, as indicated on the drawings and as specified. Instructions to Bidders: - Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond (EJCDC Penal Sum Form) of 5% of the amount of the bid. - The successful bidder must provide a Performance Bond and a Public Works Bond as security for the performance of the contract and payment of all bills and obligations arising from the contract. - Bidding documents are available only through the designated website; addenda, notifications, and updates will be posted there.
